NAWABSHAH, December 26, (AP): President Asif Ali Zardar has said that Sardar Asif Khosa is not joining Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Imran Khan, the sposkesperson Zardari House Nawabshah told AP. Replying to the questions raised from yesterdays address of Imran Khan, President Zardar said,"There is no corruption in the country, We are providing jobs to the qualified and genius persons on merit after having taken written tests and interviews by the committees made by the Directors of the correcsponding departments. Merit is not being ignored at any cost. Media has not given appropriate name the 'tsunami' to the public gathering of Imran Khan in Karachi yesterday. The people of Balochistan are being given relief and justice will be ensured with those Balochis who were sent to sindh during the army operation in the period of Pervez Musharraf. Government has ensured the rule of law inthe country and people. The opposition parties should work according to the law and justice rules. The speed and pace of work of development inthe country is satisfactory. People are getting jobs on merit critaria given by the government. New generation is running Pakistan in the best manners. Advertisements for jobs inthe newspapers are being published regualrly in the newspapers. people are applying for jobs in the respective departments. Government Departments have received thousands of applications in these days. Before starting the campaign of general elections, we will complete the process of providing jobs to the learned and trained staff in the government sector. Equal rights have been given to the minorities in Pakistan during our tenure according to the announcement of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in his first address to the nation after establishment of Pakistan. All government parites are helping us in continuing the present goernment set-up till the end of this year. The date of general elections will be announced later, after the senate elections. Senate is the strongest and necessary institution of the state and the government could not be continued without its elections. Therefore the elections of senate shouild be necessarily held in already announced fixed time. We have announced its date of election that is March 11. while the process of completing electronic electoral voters lists will be completed on March 13."
